There are two ways you can use King Ping for your pinging.

1. Online - One time: Submit the URI of your blog or site to King Ping, and any new material that you publish will automatically be pinged to our selected pinging sites. We support regular content blogs as well as podcasts.

2. Online - Automatic: Check the "Automatic Updates" checkbox before you submit the URI of your blog to King Ping, and any new material that you publish will automatically be pinged to our selected pinging sites. We support regular content blogs as well as podcasts. Every few hours we will check whether your blog has new updates and we will ping our selected search engines when a new posting will be found.

3. In your blog: In your blog admin, add the King Ping automatic ping address http://www.kping.com/ping/ to your list of sites to ping.

2. How to configure different blogging software with King Ping address:

WordPress
- Install the Default Trackbacks plugin according to instructions
- In the "trackback.txt" file, add http://www.kping.com/ping/ and save
- Enable the trackbacks plugin

Movable Type
- Enter Movable Type installation
- Select "Weblog Config"
- Click "Preferences"
- Go to "Publicity / Remote Interfaces / Trackback"
- Add http://www.kping.com/ping/ in "Others"and save your settings
